    Hi pros,

I have been working with After effects for 2-3 years for very basic animations and motion graphics.
Last night I was working on a simple composition but faced a weird problem. An asset in my composition isn’t rendering. Its visible in the composition panel as well as in RAM preview but it won’t render in any video format.
Tried uncompressed avi and h264 but no luck. Also purged all caches and made sure there are no CMYK layers but still nothing works.

    Please advise me accordingly.

    Regards

My guess is that you made the layer a guide layer.

Show a screenshot of your Timeline panel, showing the problematic layer

Sir you were right about it. I turned off the ‘Guide Layer’ option from the Layer drop down menu and it rendered perfectly.

    Thanks a lot
