i see you found the “secret”. try the free patch h.265 with 10 bit same size. RF 18 is bluray quality.
all handbrake is 4:2:0 8 bit unless you get the 10 bit patch. not even adobe can do 10 bit h.264/65.as a side note, Rf=0 is actually lossless. Yep, h.264/65 YUV lossless!
it also multithreads very fast and uses all cores. -
