Yeah the error messages I am seeing there is kind of vague so I would suggest you do the following that can help:
- Restart After Effects and your computer. Sometimes a simple restart can fix issues caused by temporary errors or conflicts.
- Update the plug-in to the latest version. The Roto Brush and Refine Edge plugins are part of Adobe After Effects, so make sure that you have the latest version of the software installed.
- Disable the plugins. If you’re still having trouble, try disabling the plugins by going to the “Edit” menu and selecting “Preferences”. Find the “Plug-ins” panel and uncheck the boxes next to the Roto Brush and Refine Edge plugins. Now try to open your project.
- Reinstall After Effects. If none of the above solutions work, you may need to reinstall After Effects. Be sure to back up your project and settings before doing so.
- Contact Adobe Support. If you’re still having trouble, you may need to contact Adobe Support for further assistance. They may be able to help you determine the exact cause of the issue and provide you with a solution.
