After Effects templates like Apple’s motion
Posted by Darin Miyashiro on March 19, 2008 at 11:24 pmI just got back from the Apple Store and I was playing
with Finalcut Pro. I notice that Apple Finalcut has
great MOTION templates. Are their templates like
Apple’s Motion in After Effects? or 3rd party templates? Thanks

March 19, 2008 at 11:50 pmThere are Animation Presets. You can browse these under Animation > Browse Presets… or search for them in the Effects & Presets panel.
You can create your own Animation Presets by selecting the animated properties and going to Animation > Save Animation Preset…
You can also create Template projects by saving your .aep with the .aet extension. These are essentially AEPs that AE will not allow you to save any changes to.

March 20, 2008 at 9:23 pmI wish Adobe would have those types of templates like
Apple does. I’m on a PC so I don’t have finalcut stuido.Adobe Premier CS3 takes so long to load up my HDV project.
I have a quad processor too!!!!
