    hi,

I have checked elsewhere but cant seem to find a keyboard shortcut to add key frame for current selected propert at current time..You know, instead of clicking in the tickbox in the keys column. Is it just that I cant see the wood for the trees or is there simply no shortcut for this feature..

    Any help appreciated.

Alt+shift+property shortcut or opt+shift+property shortcut. It’s different for each property. Check the help under keyboard shortcuts.

    On the Mac

option P – give you a key frame for position
option S – give you a key frame for scale
option R – give you a key frame for rotation
option T – give you a key frame for transparency (opacity)

    etc etc…
