    Hello
Im new to After Effects and I’m learning how to use it right now.
I have the After Effects CC 2014 one.
I already edit and render some videos with it but now theres a problem, that I cant solve.
When I preview my video, its sometimes fast at the beggining and theres like 20 frames that repeat them selfes in it.
Because I cant descripe it well with my bad English, I’ve uploaded the videos and the link is here down.
One video is normal, no editing, just recordered from a game.
and this video I’ve ONLY rendered it (quicktime -> H.264) normal, but now it has the “lag repeat” error and has like 10 times more MB. so here are the videos
    Normal one: https://vid.me/7ZFy
    Rendered without editing: https://vid.me/wdOs

    Thanks for your time
    and sorry for my English

The repeating frames seem to be some cache problem, try to clear your AE’s disk cache (in the Preferences) and see if it solves the problem.

As for the size, it will depend on the file type and codec settings that you specify.

    that solves my repeat problem.
But now the clip is faster, when i preview, and it shows other pictures “frames” when i dont press on preview, it shows the earlier one, so if I put a “slow motion” effect, it happens after 2 sec, where i wanted.
