  After Effects not saving sync settings to adobe.com, causing problems with workspaces too!

  Things working great for awhile, then recently started having problem.
  After Effects not saving sync settings to adobe.com, causing problems with workspaces too!
  I have the latest version. I’ve tried trashing prefs by re-launching using command/option/shift. Still no luck.

  I started having problems when I opened the app with it giving me an error about not finding my workspaces. I delved deeper into the problem and noticed when I try to sync my setting to the adobe.com it says it does, and shows the process of uploading percentage and complete, but when I look online they don’t appear. Other apps like Photoshop do. When I try to download AE settings it quits and gives me an error that nothing is there.

  Unless someone can help me I guess my next step is to re-install the app. Help please.
