    HELLO
I tried to open a video that i filmed in 720P on 60FPS.
when i try to play the video in after effects it shows in red NOT REAL TIME.
the problem started yesterday..before it worked fine…idk maybe i touched something in the settings..
MY COMPUTER – just bought a new one..very very powerfull 8 GB RAM
    2 GHZ …WIN 7 Professional.

ive treid to put the FPS that appears in red right into the composition settings but it still doesnt help …tried to lower the resolution but it still doesnt help.

plz someone help me fix it …
and try to explain it in easy way so i could understand it ..i wil very appriciate this.

    thx
    jonathan

How are you previewing the composition? Exactly which button are you pressing or clicking? Are you using RAM preview?
