  After Effects messes up scaling when replacing from Premiere Pro

  Hello folks,

  so I insert one video sequence into Premiere Pro and cut it into multiple clips. I also apply Time Remapping to those and adjust the Scaling of the clips to fit into my Premiere Pro project . Now I want to further edit those clips with After Effects. So for this purpose, I select my clips and press the “Replace with AE comp” button.
  Now AE is scaling up the first 4 of 5 clips of the same video sequence. It happened to me several times now already.

  I already tried nesting the clips but that did not help unfortunately.

  I also noticed that the clip with the correct scale is a composition-clip within AE, while the other clips are non-composition-layers. I have no idea why though.

  Happy about any solution ideas.
