After Effects keeps crashing????

Started there before coming here. Saw majority of the comments and links, mostly the same problem no resolution except for a bug fix on an earlier version of AE.

Dude from Adobe claims this was the issue “This is an innocuous message that is just because After Effects is (mistakenly) doing a memory check that it doesn’t need to be doing. We’re releasing a bug-fix update this week that fixes this.”
He then goes on to say “No, it has nothing to do with anything that you did. It is just a stupid bug that is unrelated to anything that matters.”
I’m just wondering why EVERYONE doesn’t have the issue if that’s the case.
