May 28, 2008 at 5:30 pmHey, Here is some extra information about the video file I tried to import:
Name: Flourish_22
Size: 106 MB
Length: 10 Seconds
Type: QuickTime-film (.mov)And Thorsten, I don’t know anything about a codec. Can you send me a download link? And here are the links to the small pictures (Some forum Admin resized it)

May 28, 2008 at 7:30 pmHi, I’m sorry, I’m still a new guy in the AE world. I wan’t to learn as many as possible. Ow, And i don’t know what an image sequence is.
And the footage is from videocopilot.net, its not downloaded but bought. And I don’t know how it is made.
But I have some nice extra information: When I import an AVI file (Even when its a large one) It works just fine. It is only when I import a quicktime movie

May 29, 2008 at 5:23 pmYes, I can just play the footage. It is an animation of a flower (in black and white)
But I think that doesn’t matter because I can’t play any other .mov files to!
Any more Ideas?

June 12, 2008 at 10:36 pmthe name of the folder (or sub folder) where you installed your “Flourish_22.mov” may contain invalid characters (probably some chineses characters…) ; rename your folder and try again!
(sorry for my english…)
bye!
