  After Effects: Imported Video Glitching?

  One of my imported videos is glitching. The Apple prores file plays fine until I place it onto the After Effects timeline. When I drag the indicator down the timeline, I can see these patterns appear on a building we shot. I thought nothing of it until I exported it and realized it was worse than ever.

  I can share the video with you via google drive if you give me your email address.

  The frame rate of the composition is the same as the video file (23.98). The rest of the clips look fine and they are also 23.98 fps.

  [Edit: For whatever reason, starting a new project, importing the file, copying it, and then posting it back in the original project fixed it. Any ideas why?]
