  After Effects HD rendering, continually crashing?

  Hey there

  Basically, Im having problems rendering out files at HD resolution. Basically, my computer keeps crashing and just restarting all of a sudden. sometimes it will be ok for around an hour, but if i leave it going with a few, 9 times out of 10 when i get back its crashed! it just literally restarts, as though under the pressure it just can’t handle it. my mate thinks it might be something to do with my power supply in the computer…. is there anyway i can help this stop happening?
