  After Effects from Apple Motion

  Heya

  I’ve been working in Apple’s Motion 4 for over a year now, and I’m heading into the uncharted territory of After Effects. Initial impressions are that it’s far more powerful. But very confusing.

  I’m working through all the basics tutorials on CreativeCow.net and the free VideoCopilot ones.

  I was just wondering if there’s anyone out there who has done the swap from Motion to After Effects (that may be an ignorant supposition) – if you have any simple tips for me? Anything you hooked over, anything that you remember struggling with for a while? So that I may skip the troubles you had from the get-go!
