After effects frame glitch appearing from older compositions and only happens once rendered
I have this video I want to render but when I do these frames appear in parts of the file that aren’t their before rendering.

Start by purging your memory and disk cache. Then check for any frame rate discrepancies in your compositions and/or footages.
