After Effects comes with a number of free project templates that create entire projects and you only need to change the media. Digital Juice also sells AE projects now called “Ready2Go”. They are not free but they are quite good. There is also Andrew Kramar’s videocopilot.net which contains free AE training and project files to go with it. Andrew produces some really nice stuff.
