  • after effects error zero denominator in ratio multiply

    Hi,

I was happily working along on my G5 when all of a sudden after effects cannot see my files. When I try to re-link them I get “zero denominator in ratio multiply”. I restarted and still the same thing. Anyone ever experience this? Any suggestions?

    Thank you,

    heather

Are you using expressions by any chance? It sounds like a an error that would come up from that.

I wasn’t strangely enough…but I was able to fix it by brining in the files in a composition one layer at a time.

    Very strange!
