After Effects error: unable to allocate space for a 1440 x 1080 image buffer.

i’m working on a 21000×21000 jpg map whit a cc sphere over. it’s a world map that spins and zooms. i have quad core with 4 gb ram. haven’t found a solution yet. any ideas? i cant decrease the size of the jpg.
