After effects cuts out a one second section of my ram preview and won’t go past it
I have cleared and allowed more ram, and it wont even preview when i put the timeline marker on it. I am so lonst and don’t know what to do as i have only been using after effects for about 4 months now.

Sorry, when i said i cleared ram i mean’t caches. I restarted ae after that and it still wouldn’t work.
I have discovered a work around that isn’t very efficient, which is to precomp (moving all attributes) and duplicate the mask onto the precomp. I don’t like this method as it doesn’t seem reliable and won’t work in all cases.
The video i was working on has this problem fixed now, but i would still like help for if this happens again!
