After Effects CS6 only renders one frame at a time when pressing spacebar
Renders fine inside of the pre comp….
but once I go into the comp where the precomp is nested, I try rendering and I literally have to keep pushing the spacebar to render each frame (it retains the render though, ie. I get the green line above it). Anyone have any clue why this could be?
I’m on a brand new iMac with brand new install of After Effects CS3.
I have 3.4 ghz i7 quadcore with 16 GB of RAM.Fairly light processes going on. Some titling. And Twitch. That’s about it. Never rand into this project on previous systems. Not sure if I’m missing something obvious

Your subject line says CS6, but the body of your message says CS3. Which is it?
In either case, make sure that you’ve installed the most recent updates. Choose Help > Updates. For CS6, the most recent version is 11.0.2. For CS3, it’s 8.0.2.

woops, yeah several typos in there. Definitely CS6.

I’ve got 11.0.0.378
I’ll try the update and see what happens
