After Effects CS5.5 invalid serial and activation
Hi guys
I am a newbee here and I would like to ask for your input. I have a PC with AE CS5.5, I know the older version compared to what people use today, but I like it because I am familiar with it. Its a new pc and I have installed it now with a valid and working serial number. When I start at first it tells me to enter the serial number and the green tick shows up. but when I relaunch the program it says invalid serial number when activating. So how do I fix this problem? Is there a way to work on the files and folders in my system so to trick the program not to remind me to activate?
I will appreciate the solution

I wonder if it’s a “Run as Administrator” type issue. I seem to remember having problems back in CS5 days.
