I’m sure this topic has been beaten to death, but i couldn’t quite find the answer.

Anyway, i’m running AE CS3 on Windows Vista (32-bit)… I only have 2GB of ram on my pc at the moment, but plan on upgrading. I’m just wondering if it’s worth it though? Can AE CS3 utilize more than 2GB of ram anyway??

Billy, AE uses everything the computer can possibly give to it. Even if your on a dual Quad Xeon system with 16GB of memory (ive been there).
The only issue is the operating system. If your going to upgrade to 4GB og memory, you might want upgrade to a 64bit OS. On a 32bit system your memory will depend on how much video memory your graphics card has, and the size of your paging file. With that said, youll get 3.5+ish if your graphics card has under 512mb of vram.
