  after effects compositions in vegas 8

  In this review article https://library.creativecow.net/articles/harvey_jim/vegas_pro8.php
  he says vegas 8 can read after effects compositions. How? how do you import an after effects comp into sony vegas 8? I can’t figure it out. Perhaps I’m overlooking something simple. (which is usually the case eh?).

  Any help is appreciated.
