After Effects CC preview size weirdness
Hi,
I have a very strange thing happening to me.
In After Effects CC if I make a project 1920×1080 and I set the preview to 100% it’s really only at 50% size.
If I would like to view the frame at 100%, I have to set the preview size to 200%..But if I export a still at 100% it is the right size, it’s just the preview that is not the right size..
I have no clue why this is happening, if anybody could help me here that would be huge.

This will happen on a MacBook with a Retina display since the display has twice the normal pixel density.

Correct, I am indeed on a Macbook with retina.
The thing is I noticed on AE 5.5 it does display correctly.
It only is on AE CC that this happens.Would you know of any settings maybe that could fix this?

Not that I’m aware of. This is now part of the UI that Adobe has to take advantage of the Retina display.
