    After Effects Best Render Settings

    Hi,

    I know this issue has been discussed many times over but I can’t find a good thread for the best after effects settings for Macbook Pro 2015.

    I’m having slow run speeds when designing, previewing, moving things around (at quarter resolution, fast draft view, 1280×720, not many pre-comps being used)

    Can someone direct me to the right place on this forum or any good links to figure out the issue? My testing of different settings is turning up the same results so I’d see if anyone knows if I am missing something. Settings below

    Thanks Dave.

    Turning off Multiprocessing didn’t do it, but updating After Effects seems to have solved it. Although it seems to get sluggish after a while, not as bad as before.

    Appreciate the advice.
