  After Effects Benchmarking files

  I am looking for After Effects Benchmarking files. I have seen a few names repeated Virtual Set, Source Shapes, Gambler, Night Flight.

  I am mostly interested in Virtual Set and Source Shapes. Are these installed somewhere with After Effects? Are they available for download somewhere?

  I am thinking of getting a new computer and I would like to see how my current system holds up to the modern ones to see if its worth it. I would be glad to post my results if anyone is interested.
