  After Effects batch render not rendering in Progressive?

  So, I am rendering multiple 30 second clips with these settings:

  Video Output
  Quicktime
  RGB + Alpha
  Trillions of Colors+
  Premultiplied (Matted)
  Format Options
  Apple ProRes 4444
  – Gamma Correction: Automatic

  When I render one at a time, it renders just fine as Progressive footage.

  However, when I render more than one, it renders them all as Interlaced with Lower field domination.

  Help?
