do you if it’s possible to install After effects on Windows Server 2008 or 2012? or maybe Ubuntu 12.04 64bit (But I really don’t know Ubuntu)

i think you’ll be able to install it, and probably run it, but since neither are officially supported there may be issues.
there are several threads asking similar questions both here at the cow and on adobe’s ae forum (and probably elsewhere) if you are looking to read about first hand experience with doing this.
