    I just gave it a shot and it doesn’t appear so. It’s easy to import Premiere projects into AE, but apparently not the other way around, unless I’m missing something obvious. Did you post this inquiry in the Premiere Pro forum?

    Nope, can’t do it. PP can’t read AE.

    Think of AE as being way more complicated than PP. All those effects, expressions, keyframes …

    Yeah. Looks like it is pretty easy, however, it does not import the titles, etc. properly. It looks like it just imports the clips that are being edited only. Is there a way to refresh the view in AE after you change the Sequence in PPro and save it? Kind of like when you change a PSD file in PS and then reload it in AE.
