I have been using AE 7 for a little while now (less than a year) and recently got CS3 for my other computer.
While on AE 7, I had no problems using Cineform files for my chromakeying and compositing.
I just shot a SMALL ditty to test a 3D environment I built in AE-CS3. I then digitized the footage using HDLink Ver 1.5 / Connect HD V 3.3.0, Build 34.
When I import that footage into AE-CS3, the results are broken into a gazillion horizontal lines with “funky” colours (mostly greenish).
I’ve searched the forums here and on the Cineform site, but haven’t found a solution.

Any suggestions (besides upgrading to the newest Cineform, which is $600.00 out of my grasp at this time)?

“HDV has issues in AE. Could this be your problem?”

I would guess not, since this combination worked in AE7.

    Thanks very much.

My solution was to update to Cineform Neo (the free one). This worked, even though I had JUST updated to the newest ConnectHD.

    Thanks for the link!
