After Effects and 60 frames a second
We created a High Def (1280 x 720) animation and the final output is supposed to be a 60 frames a second. We load the targa stack in After Effects and set it to 60 frames a second and export movie to a quicktime movie to be inported into the final video. When the final the quicktime is exported we noticed that every other frame is exactly the same thus making the animation look chunky. Does anyone know what is the trouble? Thanks

Have you set your project settings to 59.94? Set your comp to 59.94? When you move through the timeline frame by frame does each frame repeat?

Make sure you set the actual image sequence to 60fps. You have to rightclick it and go through interpret footage. I think they default to 30fps, so that would cause the problem you are describing.
