  after effects 7.0 classroom in a book

  hte other day i went to my local library and picked up a copy of after effects 7.0 classroom in a book. when i got home and went to start using it i realized there wasnt a cd with the media and project files in it. the library lady said they didnt have one for it, long story short, without the media content this book is useless to me, does anyone know if it is possible to download the media somewhere or were i might be able to obtain it? thanks for any help.
