    I just installed After Effects 7.0 after using 6.5 for the past two years.
    Are there any good tutorials to give me the basics, I’m not a master at 6.5 so I’m a little lost with this new format.

    Aharon’s Podcasts are a good easy start. You can get them all for free by signing up here on the COW or finding them in the Itunes store.
