After Effects 7 and Nvidia GeForce 6600
I got a new video card with the following specs:
Graphics Card Info:
Preccessor: GeForce Go 6600 GT
Video BIOS version: 5.43.02.61
IRQ: 16
Bus: PCI Express x16
Memory: 256 MB
ForceWare version: 81.85
TV Encoder Type: NVIDIA integratedIn after effects 7.0, When I go to Preferences > Previews and click on “OpenGL Info” I got the following information under “More Accurate Capabilities”:
All Blending modes: Not supprted
Adjustment layers: Not supprted
Track Mattes: not supported
Accelerated effects: not supprted
anti-aliasing: not supprted
motion blur: not supportedI thought this graphics card supports all of the above as mentioned on this site:

Am I missing something? Though Im not quite sure if my system, Windows XP professional. already has OpenGL 2.0 drivers. Please advise. Thanks in advcance.

updated ur drivers to the minimum v77.56?
There upto 81.98 atm -

Install DirectX 9.0c

I tried to install it (directx 9.0c) from microsoft.com but still same issue. it says “not supported”.Any other ideas?

I tried uninstalling after fx then installing the latest driver of the video card. It worked!
