After Effects 6.5 Installation Error
Hi guys, I was trying to install AE6.5 this morning but after installation we kept getting this message.
After Effects error: conversion from Unicode failed for a file or directory.
Any solution to this? I tried changing the keyboard back to US, restarting the computer and re-installing the application but resulted in getting the same message. HELP! Thanks.

AE comes with 90 days of free installation support. You should definately contact adobe support via phone for this. They will walk you through installation issues.
