After effects 5.0 help!!!!
Can anyone help please??! How can you get ae 5.0 to see the new version of quicktime pro??? My old ae is operating on os9 and the new quicktime is running on osX.
any ideas would be great!!! thx!

QT 7 doesn’t work in OS9 — sorry.
“QuickTime 7 for Mac OS X v10.3.9 or later”.

The reason I want to use QT7 is for the codec H.264. My old QT5 has the codec H.263 – is this the best codec to use for video?
My footage is already compressed with the codec H.264 – now I just need to export it so my AE 5.0 will be able to read it. What’s the best codec for video?thx!
