I want to change the location of the axis on a layer, thus changing the center of rotation of a masked image. How do I do this?

    Any help greatly appreciated.

Or, alternately – scrub the numeric values in the Anchor transform properties of the layer. It’s the ‘a’ key. Sometimes I find this easier to be precise with.
