Now that it’s been a couple of days since the release, this is what I think it comes down to.

The hour glass has started. Apple has to start updating soon and adding in basic pro features. We’ll see what Lion brings in July.

I think that things are going to get better, I just don’t know if they’ll get better fast enough for pro users to stay on the bandwagon. I also don’t know if Apple’s way of making things better is the same as what the pros think would make it better. We’ll see.

But as far as my home videos are concerned, FCPX, HERE I COME!!!!!!

It kinda feels like deja-vu all over again, lots of us were SURE
that snow leopard was going to coincide (or they were waiting for it)
    with bringing 64 to FCP

[Andrew Corneles] “snow leopard was going to coincide (or they were waiting for it)

The more I read about snow leopard the more It seems like a 64-bit “band aided” O/S than a native full on 64-bit O/S as in Lion.

so maybe fcp7 will be 64 bit after all with lion?
Let’s wait to see what they do!

I’m running the DP4 Update 1 of Lion and it does not add any features to FCPX.

Seriously, what do you guys expect?
