As the subject outlines, I was recording to an SD card on the Panasonic AG-AF100 when the card was ejected while it was recording.

I was able to pull the data from the camera and put it onto a hard drive, but the camera cannot see the files and I cannot transcode them (FCP, MPEG Streamclip). In Adobe Premeire 6 I can only see the video and have none of the audio.

I’ve been able to use VLC to convert the material to MPEG 4 clips, but is there a piece of software that mimics what the camera (or the card?) does to complete the packaging of the clips when you press stop? From what I can gather the material is there, but the audio and video need to be stitched together (so to speak) and I want to get the least amount of compression.

    Any help is appreciated, thanks.
