AES audio out for Mac sounds
Puzzle me this:
Working at a unfamiliar facility. They have AES routed to the decks and the room – I can hear all my audio in Final Cut through the Kona AES outputs.
But when I set the Mac to output to Kona – nothing. The engineers set up some crappy computer speakers feeding off the line out from the mac.
There MUST be something we’re all missing.It’s a facility so massive machine room that’s not easy to troubleshoot.

FWIW – the AES outputs are coming off BNC and not XLR. don’t know if that is an issue?
