  .aec file not working properly

  Can anyone help me understand why when I import an .aec file into AE the coordinates are all messed up?
  I added the external compositing tag to a polygon object (which is a phone screen) and also tried a null which is a child of such object. In both cases when I bring it into AE the object is rotated in different axis.

  Maybe it’s a small tweak, but if anyone could point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
