    AE7 not compatible with Wildcat?

    Hi

    AE7 doesn’t seem to be compatible with my 3D Labs Wildcat VP560.

    In AE7’s preferences I see the following messages:

    No compatible OpenGL video card found.
    The graphics driver may require an update.
    OpenGL version 1.3 or greater required.

    I have updated to the latest 3D labs driver but that didn’t help. Also, I have full OpenGL support under AE6.5.

    Any ideas anyone or should I replace my graphics card?

    I’ve heard two solutions to this problem:
    1. Remove AE and reinstall.
    2. Scrub out the display drivers and install the newest version.

    Either way, AE isn’t seeing something about your card.
