  AE2020 Color Picker no live preview

  Hi, so for some time on my main work computer, whenever I for example add Fill to a solid layer, and then go to select a color of choice, the main Comp window does not do a live preview of the color’s I am scrolling through (see attached vid) even though Preview is checked.
  This also is effecting any color picker for any effect, like Gradient Ramp.

  I have cross checked the main preferences with my macbook Air and they all match, and Fast Preview is set to Adaptive Resolution, so a bit stumped on what’s going on.
