    Hi,
The problem I have is combining regular NTSC video with files from AE. When I encode the video in Premiere CS3 with the Adobe encoder(using any of the .mov or .wmv presets) the NTSC footage portion looks great but the is AE graphics portion is jagged.
When I click the de-interlace box in the output tab in the Encoder the AE graphics looks great but the regular footage is jagged.

What render setting do I need in AE CS3 to allow me to import the graphics video into Premiere CS3 so it acts as interlaced footage?
    Thanks.

    Lucien,

You would need to export from After Effects as interlaced, by default it is not.

In your render queue, go to render settings (best settings by default), and change the field render setting.

It should be interpreted correctly when you bring it into Premiere.
