yep I have. A week ago it worked just fine and now it doesn’t I have tried to trouble shoot it (thinking I might have changed a setting) but can’t think of anything I changed. I even went to Video Copilot and downloaded the tutorial following it step by step and still no luck.

Are you sure you did not forget to choose Motion Target with
Edit Target button?

There is only one file in your project window, LA.mov, the file you have used as a Motion Source. What is the file (Motion Target) you trying to “glue” to the tracking point?
