    Quick question,

I’m doing some minor animation of Jpegs in 3D space. I added to render que, using Animation best quality. When imported into Final Cut, they look smooth and nice. I then export ProRes 422, out of FCP, and the graphics look a bit jumpy.

Should I be using a different codec out of After Effects? I am using AE 6 and Final Cut 6.

Is this video HD? How are you watching it when it gets “jumpy”?
The data rate of the video you’re exporting out of FCP may be too high for your hard drive to play back.

No, its not in HD. My master QT file is ProRes 422.

Thanks David for putting up with my questions..lol.

    1) Yes, I did render.

    2) Yeah, it’s set there.

    3) I’m watching through QT Player.

One of my editor friends, tells me it could just be my Macbook. 500 mb file out of FCP, not a small file. I could also render Photo JPEG codec, I suppose.(out of AE)
