  • AE to FCP HD SETTINGS. Help!

I’m having trouble setting up an AE project for an HD export to FCP using this preset: “Intensity HDTV 720p 59.94 (1280×720)”. I just installed an Intensity Pro card and have it hooked up to a HDTV via HDMI cable. Getting the setting to match in AE to the FCP presets are a bit confusing. I have to manually input the audio settings in AE to match the 59.94 settings for the FCP preset. I’m hoping that is not a problem? The one big problem is getting a simple Illustrator logo to display correctly. It looks fine on the computer, but it’s jaggy on the HDTV (other footage is fine!) I’m guessing it must have to do with aspect ratio, but Illustrator is square, as is my 720p document (right?).

ANY tips or links that will help clear any of this (and other road blocks that I’m sure will come up shortly) is greatly appreciated.
