AE to FCP
I created some lower thirds in After Effects and I need to bring them into fcp. How do I bring the LT’s into fcp with out them being mov?

Render out a full frame .mov file with alpha channel using the Animation codec.

You don’t. FCP needs them to be Animation codec or ProRes 4444 with embedded Alpha. Millions of Colors+

If you don’t want QT movie, you can export an Still Sequence.
PNG, TGA or TIFF are the normal options.
