    Hello & Help!

    AE and Media Encoder cc2017
30sec: Mask reveal, some type, stoplight.ai with yellow red green lights on/off, logo and audio.
    that’s it!

Export to Media encoder, as recommended, to render the movie for Facebook.
Background set in Composition Settings as RED. Comes out BLACK!

    AE Composition Settings:
    HDV/HDTV 720
    1280 X 720
    Sq Pixels
    29.97 Drop Frame
    Res Full
    Hex color bkgrnd

Media Encoder… I have no idea what the settings are or should be.
The preset browser: Facebook is greyed out.
Format : H.264 Preset: Match source – High bitrate

    Thanks so much!

Hi Kris, you need to add a red solid as the background. The red in the composition settings is only for preview, it won’t show up in the render.
