Hi, sorry for my stupid question, but I started a project in AE CS6, and it looks like a full script generated stuff. I’m okay with programming, but I don’t fond a usable documentation for this language.

I use the scripting guide of Adobe, but when I try to find something from a tutorial, like ‘ADBE Vector Group’ or stuff like that, there’s nothing in the doc. 🙁 It’s really hard to find the good way to solve my problems without a deep documentation. Do you have any idea about it? Thank you!

It’s totally pointless, to ask questions when I have a problem, because I’ll have hundreds of problems.. Thanks

In addition to the Scripting Guide, you’ll want to get your hands on Jeff Almasol’s rd_GimmePropPath script (available at Jeff’s redefinery.com site). It’s the best tool I know of for sleuthing out complex property hierarchies.

Thank you the answer, the script is really cool, I started to map the objects myself yesterday 🙂 It’s a shame, that Adobe don’t document this part of their software
